INTEGRA.psych is a collaborative psychology clinic based in Tugun on the southern Gold Coast.
The clinic provides a calm, respectful, and inclusive environment where every person is supported and understood.
Our psychologists and holistic practitioners have experience across private practice, hospital environments, and community settings, working with people from many walks of life including neurodiverse and gender diverse communities.
EUGENIA URIOSTE
Clinical Director | Psychologist and EMDR Therapist
Eugenia is the Owner and Principal Psychologist at INTEGRA and a highly skilled EMDR therapist. Eugenia is also an Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Outside the clinic, Eugenia enjoys spending time in nature, traveling the world, and sharing mate with her friends. She is deeply passionate about creativity and art as a source of reflection, connection, and renewal.

MICHELLE OATEN
Registered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist
Michelle brings warmth, empathy, and a person-centred approach to her therapeutic work. She draws on evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion–focused techniques, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
Michelle supports clients to explore long-standing emotional patterns, navigate trauma, anxiety, and life challenges, and develop greater emotional insight, resilience, and confidence. She works collaboratively with clients to foster meaningful and lasting change that aligns with their values, strengths, and long-term goals, offering a supportive and respectful therapeutic space.
Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys an active, nature-connected lifestyle. You’ll often find her rollerblading along the coast, playing tennis, or exploring new places.

PAZ COLLAUTI
Provisional Psychologist
Paz brings a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful presence to her work. She takes an integrative and holistic approach, drawing on somatic therapy, the Enneagram of Personality, and third-wave therapies such as ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, alongside Gestalt and NLP-informed techniques.
Paz supports adolescents and adults to explore emotional patterns, develop deeper self-understanding, and improve self-esteem. She works collaboratively with clients to foster authenticity, emotional awareness, and greater freedom in daily life and relationships. She offers a warm, inclusive, and affirming space for clients of all identities. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
Outside the clinic, Paz enjoys spending time by the ocean, listening to live music, learning about what inspires her, and sharing good food.

MOLLY DELANEY
Provisional Psychologist
Molly offers a reflective, flexible, and compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in the understanding that people are shaped by the stories they carry about themselves, their relationships, and their experiences. She works integratively using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, while also making space for creativity and artistic expression.
She works with individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment challenges. Molly supports clients to develop insight, flexibility, and a sense of authorship over their own lives, approaching therapy as a collaborative and evolving process shaped by each client’s goals, history, and context.
Outside the clinic, Molly enjoys bike riding, reading, spending time in nature, exploring new places, and having a good boogie.
