INTEGRA.psych is a collaborative psychology clinic based in Tugun on the southern Gold Coast.

We support adolescents, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges.

Our approach is calm, compassionate, and inclusive, drawing on experience across private practice, hospital, and community settings, with a strong focus on neurodiversity and relational wellbeing.

EUGENIA URIOSTE

Eugenia is the Owner and Principal Psychologist at INTEGRA and a highly skilled EMDR therapist.

She loves to integrate a wide range of evidence-based therapies:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Somatic Psychotherapy, Certificate (USA)

  • Art and Expressive Therapies (Australia)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) (USA)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Australia)

Supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem difficulties. She views therapy as a collaborative process and an opportunity for growth—supporting clients to deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and cultivate resilience and self-compassion.

Outside the clinic, Eugenia enjoys spending time in nature, traveling the world, and sharing mate with her friends. She is deeply passionate about creativity and art as a source of reflection, connection, and renewal.

Laci Christiaen

Psychotherapist | Relationship Counsellor | Family Specialist | Social Worker (AMHSW soon)

Laci is a highly experienced clinician offering a warm, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming approach to therapy for individuals, couples, young people, and families. She brings a strong foundation in attachment theory, compassion-focused care, and relational healing, creating a safe and grounded space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

She is registered as a Social Worker and is working toward accreditation as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW). Laci integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Parts Work / Internal Family Systems-informed approaches

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • Gottman Method (couples therapy)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples work

Outside the clinic, she enjoys time in nature, surfing, hiking, Pilates, and adventuring with her two dogs.

Michelle Oaten

Registered Psychologist | EMDR Therapist

Michelle is a warm, compassionate, and person-centred psychologist who tailors therapy to each individual’s needs and lived experience. She supports clients in exploring long-standing emotional patterns, working through trauma, anxiety, and life challenges, and building greater emotional insight, resilience, and self-trust.

Her approach is evidence-based and collaborative, helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change aligned with their values, strengths, and goals. She offers a safe, respectful, and grounded therapeutic space where clients feel supported at their own pace.

Molly Delaney

Provisional Psychologist

Molly offers a warm, reflective, and flexible approach to therapy, grounded in the understanding that people are shaped by the stories they hold about themselves, their relationships, and their lived experiences. She works collaboratively, creating a space that is compassionate, curious, and tailored to each client’s needs.

She integrates evidence-based approaches and also incorporates creativity and artistic expression where helpful.

Therapeutic approaches:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness-based interventions

  • Creative and expressive therapeutic approaches

Molly supports individuals across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, relational and interpersonal challenges, and adjustment difficulties. Her work focuses on building insight, psychological flexibility, and a stronger sense of agency and self-authorship.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys bike riding, reading, spending time in nature, exploring new places, and dancing whenever she gets the chance.

At INTEGRA, our team includes AHPRA-registered psychologists and qualified social workers, each trained in a range of evidence-based approaches. This allows us to provide flexible, individualised care that meets each person where they are at.
