INTEGRA.psych is a collaborative psychology clinic based in Tugun on the southern Gold Coast. The clinic provides a calm, respectful, and inclusive environment where every person is supported and understood. Our psychologists have experience across private practice, hospital environments, and community settings, working with people from many walks of life including neurodiverse and gender diverse communities.

All practitioners at INTEGRA are AHPRA registered psychologists with training in a wide range of evidence-based approaches. This allows therapy to be tailored to each individual, supporting trauma recovery, emotional regulation, grief work, life transitions, and personal growth.

  • Eugenia Urioste Psychologist

    Eugenia Urioste

    PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST AND EMDR THERAPIST

    Eugenia is the Principal Psychologist at INTEGRA and a highly skilled EMDR therapist. She provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, understand patterns, and develop strategies for lasting wellbeing.

    Eugenia integrates EMDR with evidence-based therapies, supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. She views therapy as an opportunity to grow, deepen self understanding, strengthen relationships, and cultivate resilience and self-compassion.

    Outside the clinic, Eugenia enjoys nature-based activities such as bushwalking and coastal walks. She is passionate about creativity and often explores expressive arts in her own time.

  • Michelle Oaten Psychologyst

    Michelle Oaten

    REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST AND EMDR THERAPIST

    Michelle brings warmth, empathy, and person-centered care to her work. She uses EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion techniques.

    Michelle helps clients explore long-standing emotional patterns, navigate trauma and anxiety, and build emotional insight and confidence. She works collaboratively with each client to create meaningful and lasting change that aligns with their values and long-term goals.

    Michelle enjoys an active, nature-connected lifestyle. You will often find her rollerblading along the coast, playing tennis, or exploring new places.
